Stanford's ChatGPT workspace: Standard tier free for active faculty, staff, students and postdocs with a SUNet ID (same models and features as OpenAI's $20 per month Enterprise plan), an affiliate Standard tier, and a Pro tier with higher quotas for anyone with a PTA. Approved for low, moderate and high-risk data including PHI; includes ChatGPT Work, Codex Local, plugins and Skills, image generation, automations and data analysis, and conversations are not used for training.
